To get started, simply fill out the contact form with a few details about your occasion, preferred color palette, and delivery date. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an invoice through QuickBooks to secure your booking. When your flowers are on their way, the sender will receive a text with a delivery heads-up, followed by a confirmation once the arrangement has safely arrived at its destination.

Every mural begins as a collaboration. Each piece is thoughtfully designed to feel personal to your space and style.

The process begins with a custom mock-up stage where we’ll explore inspiration, layout, scale and color selections to create a design direction that feels just right before paint ever touches the wall.

From there, we’ll refine the details, finalize the palette, and bring your mural to life with an approach that feels seamless, creative, and fully customized.

Pricing is based on the overall size of the mural, level of detail, surface conditions, and installation requirements. To reserve your project date, a non-refundable 30% deposit is required upon approval of the proposal.

Fill out our wedding questionnaire and tell us all about your celebration—the date, venue, guest count, inspiration, and anything else that makes your heart skip a beat. We’ll use your responses to create a custom floral proposal tailored specifically to your day.

02. Dream It Up

Next, we’ll hop on a phone call or meet in person to chat through the details. This is where we get to know each other, talk flowers, discuss priorities, and start shaping the creative direction for your wedding.

03. Lock It In

Ready to make it official? A signed contract and 30% deposit will reserve your date and secure your spot on our calendar.

04. Set the Mood

Once you’re booked, we’ll create a custom mood board that captures the overall feel of your wedding. Think colors, textures, blooms, and inspiration images—all carefully curated to make sure the vision is aligned and the vibes are immaculate.

05. Fine Tune the Details

About one month before the big day, we’ll reconnect for a final check-in to review logistics, confirm quantities, discuss any last-minute updates, and make sure every detail is buttoned up.

06. The Main Event

Then it’s our turn. We’ll bring the flowers, handle the setup, and transform your vision into a beautifully memorable celebration while you focus on soaking it all in.
